Poolhouse, owners and operators of the Gadzooks Enchiladas & Soup restaurants, as well Park Central’s latest, The Green Woodpecker, are seeking small business partnerships to undergo our latest venture at The Firehouse, adjacent to Downtown Phoenix’s own Hance Park. This building has a tenured, rich history downtown, and we’re keen to see it showcased and preserved in a project that can set the bar for adaptive reuse efforts in our city.

In that spirit, we’re looking for likeminded collaborators in the fields of engineering, architecture, design, retail operations, and more. Help us build a cornerstone for some of Arizona’s finest retail goods and food, while creating a landmark for our community to utilize as a hub for future engagement with Hance Park and its nearby neighborhoods and cultural institutions. We’re seeking local suppliers, craftspeople, and speciality trades to see this vision come alive, and project management to steer us all forward.
